Trey said his interview went really well. He loves the campus and the people and the way they have their curriculum set up. He ran into his friend that got into Iowa for the 2008-09 school year and he loves it there. Him and his wife love the area they live in and their ward is awesome. I really would love it he got in there. It would be so fun to live so close to Phil & Nicole and the kiddies! That's my bro and his fam for those of you who don't know. Hopefully we'll hear back from U of I soon!

Interview #1

We won!!!!
I couldn't get a very good picture of our first leg, Cory John Myler. Can you find him?
I was leg #2. We had a pretty smooth hand off. The "baton" was actually an awesome orange slap bracelet from the 90s.
Robin looks pretty happy, she's about to cross the finish line. She was leg #3. I like Dylan's hair in the background.
And here is Trey bringing up the rear...and what a nice one it is! Tee he he! He looks like a natural out there, very nice form baby!
Two of our fans (my parentals). Thanks to all who came to cheer us on to victory!

Tom Jones in cake form...
I just came upon this little beauty of a cake today while looking on the Pink Cake Box blog. I thought I would share it with you all because it made me laugh out loud. Isn't it hilarious? I love it! Happy Friday ya'll!

The Missionaries Have Returned!
The welcome home cake...no I didn't make this one. It was funny how I started critiquing their work because I know some of the techniques and whatnot. The lady who taught my cake decorating class said we would start doing that. I hope I don't turn into a cake snob!
Wow. My dad makes me look pale.
All the chitlins were so eager to have cake and ice creams
These 3 girls are going to either be best friends or bitter enemies when they get older. They are definitely silly gooses, especially Katelyn(she's the one on the left giving a nice cheeser).
Me and my 2 favorite missionaries :)
