Here is our official med student...

Notice the crisp, new white coat. All new med students receive short white coats as they begin their long journey towards becoming doctors. When they graduate, they receive a long white coat.
We is so proud of our doctor-in-training. Notice Lucy's excitment. The white coat ceremony put her right to sleep.
It was so fun, Trey's mom and aunty came out for the ceremony and stayed with us for a few days. It went by way too fast, I wish they could have stayed longer. But we were able to go here...

Has anyone ever heard of the
Fractured Prune? Strange name, awesome donuts! Apparently there are quite a few locations out here in the east. And it just so happens that one is conveniently placed right across the street from our house! Trey and I have started a ritual of walking over there every Saturday morning and trying a new donut. They make their donuts fresh and serve them to you
HOT. My fave so far has been the raspberry one(it has some fancy name but I can't remember it). Click
here to see their tasty selection.
We also made it out to this place...

Ah a world of chocolate. The tour was pretty funny...let's just say there are lots of singing cows...but hey, you get free chocolate at the end so who's complaining? I have a feeling we'll be going there a lot during the winter when there is nothing to do. I'm sure Lucy will love it when she gets a little older.

Here is Lucy hanging out with Grandma Robin while we were waiting in line...notice the pool of drool on Robin's shoulder. Ha ha, as I stated earlier, our daughter is quite the drool queen.

Looks like fun! Lucy is a cutie!
Yea!! The white coat ceremony makes it official! How exciting. I'm so glad you have met some other moms and that you have a fun ward. Good luck with the studing Trey, so much to learn. We are so happy for you guys. We miss you!
We love chocolate world! At christmas time, they decorate the park with tons of lights and we always go through chocolate world too. It kind of reminds me the ride "its a small world" from disney land. That chocolate song gets stuck in your head!
I think I'll have the "Rolo" or the "Peppermint Patty" or the "Sand" at the Fractured Prune! :)
Apparently there is a donut shop in Portland that serves a bacon maple bar. I never had one, but I am told that it basically tastes like bacon when your maple syrup from your pancakes gets on it. I am intrigued.
congrats Trey! You know what's across the street from our place?...a roller rink. Seth Green was there the other day..random and awesome. but donuts are good too
How fun! Man, you always have something good across the street!
Umm, they're not really going to let me an actual Doctor are they?
Just kidding congrats! Good luck in Hershey!
