D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G!!!
Look at this creature I found on as I was sweeping off our patio!!! It gives me the willies just looking at it. Check out all the legs coming out from every which way!! And those long antennas coming from its head and bum! These little devils are fast, I'm surprised I got a picture of it. It was about 2 inches long. I had my first encounter with one of these bad boys my second week here, but it got away! And it was in the house!! Eeek!! Never did find it...
Well I'm happy to say that this one did not get away, I squashed that nasty bugger. Hopefully I don't see one of its relatives coming to get revenge any time soon. I'm NOT a fan of the creepy crawlies.

Nasty. When my family lived in New York, the first time I tried to take a bath one of those bad boys came out of the faucet. I have had nightmares ever since.
Ahh we had one of those in our apartment too! Toya called an exterminator haha
Oh man don't even get me started! Ha! I am terrified of these nasty things... yuck! so do we all agree that PA. centipedes are much worse than UT.centipedes? YES! They are on steroids or something!
i just read an article by psu about house hold insects in PA. the thing that michelle saw is called a house centipede. they are completely harmless...freaky looking, but harmnless.
GROSS!! I admire your bravery. I probably would not have been able to kill it.
Those freak you out! I've seen one in the middle of the night when I get up to go to the bathroom...and it scampers across the floor...and I'm half asleep...freaky, I tell ya! I think it's the time of year for bugs to come inside because I've gotten 3 spiders (fairly big) in my office in the last 12 hours!! YUCK.
Sick. I hate things like that! Right now we have little box elder bugs. It's not as bad as those little devils though.
