On Sunday, May 29th Lucy officially turned 2!
The Brobee shirt & Doodle Pro & Tangled blanket were a big hit.
Right after she opened the shirt she insisted that she put it on.
Then I let her take a few pictures, she thought it was hilarious. Here is a sample of her skills...
Then she helped me make cupcakes for the med student friends.
This is how they turned out, a bunch of happy little Brobees.
That evening my parents and all of Trey's med student friends came and took a break from studying for the ominous board exam.
Lucy put the candles on her cupcake herself and we sang to her a 2nd time.
I'm sad I didn't get any pictures of all our guests, we had a bunch come.
Then the missionaries stopped by. Elder Lindley was getting transferred on Tuesday so he had to come say bye and get a sticker from Lucy. She gives all the Elders stickers before they leave. She's always liked Elder Lindley. Oh and he had to say goodbye to Tom. He was a big fan of Trey's nasty mustache.
Trey fits nicely into Elder L's armpit, how cute.
After everyone left Luce dug into her cupcake. Grandpa Dean gave her some good tips.
She started by just scraping off little bits of frosting
And happliy licking it off her finger, savoring each little bit
And then this happened...
How can you not love this little girl?

Glad we were able to share in the festivities. We enjoyed being with you and the cupcakes were delicious! We do love that girl.
