We just went on an awesome adventure this past weekend. We visited fabulous diggs, such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries, IKEA, Orem, Goblin Valley, Canyon of the Little Wild Hores, Moab, and Arches National Park. I fell in love with the following things...

recipe: 1 can black beans (drained), 1 can white corn (drained), 1/2 can garbonzo beans, 3 tomatoes diced, 2 avocadoes diced, and 1 package of dry italian dressing mix

I'll let Trey give more details in his post if he so desires. I will say this, it was a wild adventure and I'm so glad we went! Trey and I had both never been to that part of Utah before. The scenery is unreal! I really did fall in love with it. It made us realize how much more of Utah we have yet to explore. It will be a great place to bring our kids to someday.

what is this valley of the little horses you speak of? are there really little horses?
Ha ha, it's actually called Little Wild Horse Canyon. We just nicknamed it "Little Wild Hores Canyon". Unfortunately, we did not see any little wild horses or hores running around. But it was an awesome slot canyon, very close to Goblin Valley.
Great trip! If you ever want some other places to go, let me know...I've spent the past 5 summers down there hiking around the National Parks. Utah is amazing!!!!

michelle, you look so amazing! i think i was twice your size by this far along-- and you haven't even bought prego pants?? you are a lucky. neat pics. rob and i go to the slot canyons in escalante every year-- they are our favorite thing-- so dang beautiful.
We are planning our trip! Seriously, the week before Easter, Yeaaahhhh! Your pictures are awesome. Michelle, you are a little prego trooper, hiking around and camping out!
cool trip! i love moab too! another place i'd love to go back to someday is escalante, gorgeous scenery and so many fun hikes. yes, we should all plan on taking our kiddos there in the future!
